Christopher Feek, 44, of Weedsport, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, in Bishop Rehabilitation Center, Syracuse, following an extended illness.
Born in Auburn, Chris was a graduate of Auburn High School, class of 1992 and was employed as a loan officer with Heritage Lincoln in Syracuse. Chris enjoyed all sports, especially shooting darts, recreational softball, and golf. He was a huge Syracuse University athletics fan and lived life to the fullest. He was also an avid Yankees and diehard Buffalo Bills fan. Above all, Chris was a loving father to his children, and cherished the time spent with his family.
He is survived by his two loving children, Christopher and Anna Armstrong; the mother of his children, Wendy Armstrong, all of Weedsport; his father, Edward Feek Jr., of Auburn; two sisters, Priscilla DeBenedetto and Amanda Curtis, both of Auburn; aunts, Judy Guzzo and her husband, Tom, and Barbara Feek, all of Auburn; a great uncle, Ron Oughterson, of Auburn; and several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Chris was predeceased by his mother, Kathleen Volnak, and uncle, Mike Feek.
Friends are invited to join the family for a Mass of Christian burial to be offered at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20, in St. Mary’s Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
